Things have been quiet on the Notherground front, but rest assured, 6th Sense and friends are real busy behind the scenes. Outasight dropped off this "preview" for the "Don't Say Anything" video -- unfortunately, a preview is all we're going to get (see below). Peace y'all!

This was the trailer to the original Dont Say Anything video, directed/drawn by Tomas Whitmore. The medium was chalk on the ground. Unfortuantely, some people sprayed water on our video and washed it all away. So this video will never see the light of day, but I’d thought I’d share to a few friends. Got a new video coming for that song still, just a different concept.

Outasight Cracks MTVu & SOB's Top 10!

All the hard work that the Notherground, Community Juice and PurfekStorm camps put in over the course of 09 is really getting its due.

First, SOB's (the dope venue in downtown NYC) put up a list of its Top 10 Shows of the Year -- Outasight was the supporting act for the #6 (Mateo) and #1 (Ryan Leslie) shows. Then, his video for "Good Evening" jumped back into MTVu's Top 10 Videos of the Week list -- it's still there at #8 -- not bad for a joint that's about a year old. Noah Christofer put together this dope video for Daytona's single off Come Fly With Me, "Contact!" featuring Kardinal Offishall and produced by 6th Sense. This video's been a long time coming, hope you enjoy it.

VIDEO RELEASE: Daytona feat. Bun B - Air Born

Derek Pike of Three/21 Media put this joint together. Bun B is a straight G in this video. 6th Sense and the Community J.U.I.C.E. team make cameos.

Last week I shot the “Air Born” video for The Kid Daytona featuring Bun B. The beat which is produced by 6th Sense has this real mellow floaty vibe to it so I knew I wanted to shoot the majority of this video with someone or something floating in midair. Since shooting in outerspace wasn’t in the budget, I had to settle for NYC. Luckily, Daytona knew someone here on earth that could defy gravity for us, EBC star Africa. We shot the whole video at a little park downtown, no permits. Aside from having to work around screaming kids at camp, and a basketball leagues scheduled game everything went surprisingly smooth. Daytona and Bun B are two of the nicest and most laid back artists I have ever worked with. Shout outs to the Three/21 fam Rik, Nancy and Steve, Jamal, Owen, Jordan at Sneaktip, Dan, Evan, and of course Daytona, Bun B, 6th and Africa.

The Kid Daytona has teamed up with Three/21 Films' director Derek Pike to do the video for his track "Air Born" featuring Bun B over a 6th Sense beat. They're doing the shoot on Thursday and are looking for the best street baller in NYC. If you think you've got what it takes hit 'em up at AirBornCasting@gmail.com... They're also looking for a classic Lincoln, so if you got the rims and the time, let 'em know and get your ride in the video.
